  Changing Microsoft Word default template
Open Microsoft Word
Click on "File", "Close"
Click on "File", "Open"
Click on "Files of type" and change to "Document Templates"
Click on "My Computer", "Local Disk (C:)", "Documents and Settings", "%Profile Name%", "Application Data", "Microsoft", "Templates", "Normal"
Make your needed changes to your toolbar, etc.
