Software Services

PC Diagnostics - $35.00 (Required on all systems we work on)

Complete system diagnostics on your PC (Motherboard, Power supply, Video, Sound, Modem, Etc.) is credited towards any repairs on your system.

Full System Restore/Install - $110.00

Your system hard drive will be low-level formatted (erased) to insure the elimination of any and all viruses or spy ware. Your operating system (Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista) will be re-installed with all the necessary drivers (chipset, video, sound, modem, network, etc.), including recording software, adobe acrobat reader, free AVG Anti-Virus, Windows Defender, & free Zone Alarm (for those without a router) in addition to all software you bring.
Please bring your external devices (printers, scanners, digital cameras, etc.) and their software so that we can install the drivers and software at no additional charge.

Note: All software and drivers are installed when the equipment is in our office for initial service.

Data Backup & Restore - $65.00 (This is only available with a "Full System Restore/Install")

All documents (.doc, wps, etc.), Spreadsheets (xls, wss, etc.), Pictures (jpg, tif, bmp, pcx, etc.), Music (mp3, m4a, wma, wav.etc.), Accounting (qbw, qw, pt, mny, etc.), Internet (Outlook, Outlook Express, & Netscape) files and Favorites, plus other special data files (upon request).
 
Note: Windows programs can NOT be backed-up, and must be re-installed.

Data Backup to CD/DVD - $65.00 plus $10.00 for every CD/DVD thereafter

All documents (.doc, wps, etc.), Spreadsheets (xls, wss, etc.), Pictures (jpg, tif, bmp, pcx, etc.), Music (mp3, m4a, wma, wav.etc.), Accounting (qbw, qw, pt, mny, etc.), Internet (Outlook, Outlook Express, & Netscape) files and Favorites, plus other special data files (upon request).

Image Old Drive to New Drive - $75.00

Current hard drive will be imaged (Cloned/Ghosted/Copied/Duplicated) to your new hard drive.  If your current system is operating perfectly but you're running out of room on your hard drive or have a hard drive that's beyond 3 years of age and don't wish to risk loosing everything then this is the option for you.
 
Note: Any existing software problems (virus, program corruptions, missing file(s), etc.) will be duplicated to your new hard drive.
