Always shuts down like it shoud; never locks up; my game play is uninterrupted plus I have enough RAM to Alt-Tab out and check email, websites, etc.

I guess it takes having the experience of a lousy upgrade from the CAD store to thoroughly appreciate people who care and have pride in their work like you and Gaby.

A While ago I had some work done on my computer by someone else to save a few pennies. These pennies weren't a savings.

When I needed a new CD-Rom I decided to come back to you for the work. You looked at my computer and told me that there were problems with some of my equipment. This had been installed by the other facility. I then had you do all the repairs that needed to be done and you did anexcellent job. I am very pleased. AND it did not cost all that much.

I do not plan on going to any other repair facility as long as you are available.

I then proceeded to corrupt my Windows program and I needed you to help me again. You did finally talk me into upgrading my Windows and so far it is fine. I hope that I will enjoy it as much as I did my older windows. Now I just have to learn it.
